If you have been injured due to the fault of another party that affects your brain, your head, you can recover for those injuries. Many times, brain injuries are difficult to prove because it doesn’t always show a fracture or a blood clot immediately. You can have what they call a diffuse axonal injury, which means that the fibers of the brain are twisted and sheared and it doesn’t show up on tests. But there are other ways that that can be documented. So, yes, you can sue for a brain injury.
