What type of evidence will I need to prove my New York spinal injury case?

Spinal injury cases are dependent on the physical structures of the spine, as revealed on MRIs, or possibly by a surgeon who actually does surgery and can see what’s going on inside of the spine. CAT scans are helpful for bony conditions, such as fractures. MRIs are good for seeing the soft tissues, the nerve roots, the spinal cord. And those are the basic tools that doctors will use. Then if they go in with the surgery, we’ll get their testimony as to what they see and what they find. But it’s based on medical tests and doctors.
